GoPro Mission 1
GoPro Mission 1
GoPro's newest camera line moves beyond the traditional action-cam format with a genuinely large 50MP 1-inch sensor — a first for the company — paired with a new GP3 processor built for better low-light performance and thermal efficiency. It shoots 8K30 and 4K120 in open-gate 4:3 capture alongside standard 16:9 modes, positioning it closer to a compact cinema camera than a typical helmet-mounted action cam.
A 32-bit float audio system removes the need to worry about clipped sound, and the camera remains submersible to 20 meters without an external housing. The flagship Mission 1 Pro adds even higher frame rates and RAW photo capture; the base Mission 1 trims some video modes while keeping the same sensor and processor.
