Developed with Magnus Lidström of Sonic Charge, the PO-32 puts a hardware condensation of the Microtonic drum synth VST directly into Pocket Operator form — genuinely synthesized drum sounds rather than samples, with real sonic depth across kicks, snares, and percussion. A built-in microphone allows new drum patches, generated in the desktop Microtonic plug-in, to transfer wirelessly into the hardware via audio data burst.
The same 16-step sequencer and jam-sync architecture as other Pocket Operators applies, and it's designed to pair naturally with the PO-33 and PO-35 as a complete portable drum-and-sample rig.
