A faithful reissue of the 1982 Seiko A829, nicknamed "Astronaut" for its history riding along on NASA Space Shuttle missions with several real astronauts. Its signature feature is the eight-sided rotating bezel that acts as a function selector — turn it to bring stopwatch, timer, dual time, or alarm to the top position, then use the side pushers to operate it. No menu-diving required.

The modern Caliber A824 keeps the original's multi-function spirit — timer, counter, stopwatch, dual time, and two alarms — while adding a sapphire crystal and 100m water resistance the vintage original never had. It ships with both a five-row steel bracelet and a NATO-style strap.
