Timex Marlin
Timex Marlin
A modern continuation of Timex's 1960s Marlin line, keeping the cushion-shaped stainless steel case and domed acrylic crystal that defined the original while updating the movement inside. A 21-jewel automatic caliber — typically a Miyota 8215 or 8217 depending on reference — winds from wrist motion alone, with an exhibition caseback showing it in action.
Applied stick indices and a simple printed minute track keep the dial legible and unfussy, and the compact case sizing (37–40mm depending on model) stays true to mid-century proportions rather than following contemporary oversized trends.
